About the business

Initially established to meet the needs of companies in the construction and renewables sectors, 2017 saw LOC Hire add the events sector to their areas of operation to meet strong demand from their existing client base, including the film industry.

Responding to the specific needs of customers, Dan worked with manufacturers to develop mobile and static welfare units, including eco-units. Adding to that LOC hire’s USP is a commitment to 24/7 service to meet the demands of the specific areas the company work in.

What’s next?

In addition to a Head Office on a large site in Longcroft near Bonnybridge, the company has established branches in Aberdeen and Newcastle and will shortly be adding operations in Grantham and Inverness, realising Dan’s vision of a truly national business.
