East Dunbartonshire family business has appetite to grow

Kenneth Installations, based in Kirkintilloch, was set up in 2006 by husband and wife team William and Morag Kenneth, and offers full project management on all its jobs from the design stage to completion.

A desire to remain innovative and embrace new technology, Kenneth Installations invested in cutting edge machinery which increased productivity and in turn customer satisfaction.

Morag said: “We offer a huge range of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms to match every taste and budget. When we launched the business it was just me and William, but now we are a team of 12 and our turnover has steadily increased.

“Recently, with Business Gateway’s support and advice we put in place new systems that helps our customer service department keep up with demand. Our Business Gateway adviser Colin Dunn reviewed our systems and gave us expert help on how it could be improved.”
