Business Gateway launches COVID-19 business support campaign

As businesses and self-employed people across the country are affected by the Coronavirus outbreak, Business Gateway has quickly adapted its service to ensure crucial support is available during this time of national crisis.

To raise awareness of this free business support, a campaign has been launched this week, encouraging businesses to visit the Coronavirus business support hub on www.bgateway.com/coronavirus for access to free advice and resources, or to contact their local Business Gateway office.

As well as one to one video or telephone appointments with experienced local advisers and signposting to the right financial support, businesses can access webinars and online tutorials on topics including ‘Running a Business Remotely’, ‘Managing Your Business Reputation’, ‘How to Get Your Business Through the Current Emergency’ and more. So far 50 webinars have been delivered with up to 50 in attendance for each session. These are available for the first time nationally, and on evenings and weekends.

The campaign will run for the next six weeks across regional, local and community radio, online and social media.
