The workshop will address naming your new enterprise, what is an appropriate business structure and is your business likely to be financially viable.

Do you need a business plan? what should be in it, what are your legal obligations including licenses, insurances and local regulations.

We will touch on bookkeeping, planning, business expenses and taxation as well as some thought on sales and marketing but these are covered in-depth on two other Business Gateway workshops Business & Financial Planning and Sales & Marketing.
