Having researched and planned your new venture in Workshop1, you will leave this workshop with an understanding of the skills you need and the actions you need to take to market and manage your business. Ideally participants will have attended Workshop 1.

A series of 3 webinars designed for people considering or in the process of starting their own business. Webinar 2 focuses on the logistics of getting started to actually start your business, providing a plethora of information including comparison of different business structure, legal, insurance and tax requirements and support in forecasting and managing your finances. You will come away with a to do list to assist you to prepare for starting your business.
