During this practical workshop, we will learn about:

• The power of preparation – how to do it and how much
• Exercises to build confidence
• The comfort zone
• Equipment and tools
• Myth busting: alcohol and picturing the audience naked
• The power of the pause

We will finish off with a voluntary short practice session for participants in the safe space of the workshop and you’ll leave with a new confidence about public speaking.
