In this webinar programme, we will help you to explore the different aspects of your business and to prepare your plans for getting back to business post-lockdown. We will walk you through the 3 key stages of developing a Strategy for growing your business and creating an action plan which will enable you to deliver your strategy. In the first part we will look at your business as it is currently, using tools such as SWOT and PESTLE. Who are your customers? Why do they buy from you? What are you doing well? What could you be doing better? Who is the competition?
