This session is part of a series of four sessions on Optimising your work culture. Part 3 focuses on building resilience. Each session is stand alone however we recommended that you attend all four.

What to expect from this event

This two-hour training session on Building Resilience is designed to help individuals strengthen their ability to manage stressors, adapt to change, and bounce back from setbacks. Through guided discussion, practical tools, and reflective exercises, participants will explore the mindset and habits that support emotional wellbeing and sustained performance. The session encourages self-awareness, introduces strategies for maintaining perspective under pressure, and fosters a proactive approach to personal and professional challenges—empowering individuals to thrive, not just survive, in our demanding fast changing environments.

This session will be delivered by Wendy Chalmers Mill, the founder of the Humanology Business. Wendy is a corporate coach & NLP practitioner who is also trained physiotherapist and ergonomics expert with more than 37 years of experience helping employers ensure that people can perform at their best thus allowing for sustainable corporate growth.
