Management Masterclass - Change Management

Business Gateway is pleased to offer a programme of Management Masterclasses to local employers. These classes are aimed at individuals taking their first steps into management or supervisory roles, and are intended to provide attendees with the confidence and techniques with which to become productive managers.

Change Management - This unit focuses on dealing with change within your organisation:

• Planning for different types of change
• Key roles in the process
• Change management tools

The Management Masterclasses are split up into seven units covering different management requirements and techniques - those interested can sign up for the whole series or pick the unit that suits them best. Other units in the series are:
