A series of 6 half day workshops that will build and develop the skills and confidence of both existing managers and staff members who are new to management roles. Available by VC to Balivanich.

What to expect from this event

Objectives:

Understand how to communicate effectively as a Manager in the workplace, including organising and holding meetings, written communication, verbal/non-verbal communication, barriers to communication and how to overcome these.
