A series of 6 half day workshops that will build and develop the skills and confidence of both existing managers and staff members who are new to management roles. Available by VC to Balivanich.

Objectives:

  • Understand the core roles and responsibilities in management, including coping with the transition from staff to manager; the behaviours of managers; practical keys to effective management techniques. The group will also learn about the differences between management and leadership and understanding leadership styles.
