Harsh self criticism can have detrimental consequences to our health, our productivity and our level of happiness.In relation to how we work a loud inner critic can cause us to feel demotivated, anxious, confused and stressed, and also make us more risk averse.

What we need is to develop an inner ally, a stable force within us to support and encourage us, which can positively impact on our well-being and in turn the well-being of our business.

This workshop will give you an insight into how you relate to yourself enabling you to make changes which will benefit you, those around you and the way you work.You’ll learn some effective tools which will make you feel calmer, more focused and able to work with greater clarity and momentum.
