Growth Mindset: Grow your business and fulfill your potential with the right frame of mind

Mindset is a buzzword in many sectors and can often be found in company mission statements. However, individuals tend to have a limited understanding of the concept.

Those with a growth mindset believe they can expand on their talents through hard work, efficient strategies and input from others. In contrast, someone with a fixed mindset believes their intelligence and talents are fixed traits. This workshop aims to explore the different mindsets that exist in organisations as well as common misconceptions.

Jamie McBrearty will be running this session. Owner of Jamie McBrearty Coaching and an Empowerment Partner of Women’s Business Station, is a growth mindset coach. Over the past 20 years Jamie has worked with people from a variety of different sectors from sports and education right through to corporate business and start-up entrepreneurs. He now works alongside Bob Proctor to help people realise their potential and empower them to live the life they dream of.
