From Apple to Christmas Fizz

Christian Stolte, CSM (that’s Chief Seidear-Maker) of The Wee Scottish Cider Company Ltd, will share the story of his business and the highs and lows along the way.

Seidear is a crafted cider made from old apple varieties grown and hand-picked in the walled gardens of some of the most iconic castles, including Haddo, Cluny, Gordon's, Fraser, Craigievar and others. The methods adopted by the Seidear team are similar to those when bottling Champagne, which ensures this product is different to all other ciders.

Christian will tell attendees how he uses an artisan method to create the alternative cider brand and share samples with us on the day!

There will be an opportunity to ask Christian questions, as well as network with likeminded individuals over refreshments provided.
