Freelancers solve problems daily—but when was the last time you designed your way through one? In this playful, practical sprint, you’ll use a simple design-thinking mindset (no jargon, no sticky notes) to unfankle real challenges like tricky clients, procrastination, or networking dread. Expect energy, laughs, and lightbulb moments as we explore empathy, imagination, and human-centred creativity.

Pre-work: Bring one example of BAD design (something that drives you mad) and one example of GOOD design (something that works brilliantly).
