Digital Coaching Session from DigitalBoost: Setting up on Google My Business

The aim of this session is to provide a practical, interactive demonstration that will show you how to set out your business on Google my Business from scratch and optimise it to its full potential.

Helpful Tips

• This is a 3.5-hour interactive session, it is not a webinar
• Two screens would be ideal, one to follow along with the coach and one to access your own data
• You will get the most out of this coaching session if you have already claimed and verified your Google my Business page and you can access it
• Not an essential requirement, but it would be useful for you to have some photos of your business or products with descriptions and depending on your industry a menu of your services and products, as well as your logo
• The coach will contact you a couple of days before
• According to the Google Guidelines - In order to qualify for a Business Profile on Google, a business must make in-person contact with customers during its stated hours, therefore the following businesses are not eligible for a Business Profile
  • Purely e-commerce businesses
  • Rental or for-sale properties, such as holiday homes, show homes or vacant apartments. Sales or leasing offices are eligible for verification
  • An ongoing service, class or meeting at a location that you don’t own or have the authority to represent
  • Lead generation agents or companies
