Coaching Session: Protecting your business - IP, Copyright, Security (Legal Checklists) (Evening)

This session looks at what is legally required to start a business... from trading regulations to website rules and contracts. This small session is a chance to ask individual questions about your business and get the help you need.

Legal topics include (but aren’t limited to!):

• Copycats stealing your work?
• Finding out someone else is using your business name?
• Intellectual Property?
• Contracts?
• GDPR?
• T&Cs?
• Licensing?
• Subcontracting?
• What can/can’t you say about your product/service?

These coaching sessions are designed to be small groups to discuss your individual businesses. Therefore priority will be given to businesses within Edinburgh and The Lothians.
