In this workshop you will hear about the business planning process, what and who is the plan is for, what is the business mission and vision? What personal and company information is needed? What is a suitable business structure? What are you selling? How will you market it and what will that cost? Who are your competitors and how can you exploit their weaknesses? We will also look at your business SWOT analysis and your operations and processes. Pricing, VAT and applicable regulations are addressed.
