Business & Financial Planning

In this workshop you will hear about the business planning process, what and who is the plan for, what is the business mission and vision? What personal and company information is needed? What is a suitable business structure? What are you selling? How will you market it and what will that cost? Who are your competitors and how can you exploit their weaknesses? We will also look at your business SWOT analysis and your operations and processes. Pricing, VAT and applicable regulations are also addressed.

In the financial section we will look at your personal survival budget, your first-year cash flow and your bookkeeping systems. What are your allowable expenses including vehicle and property expenses? Finally, we will look at recording, taxation and HMRC requirements and registration.
