An introduction to Intellectual Property

All businesses have intellectual property (IP) but many businesses don’t understand what IP they have or how to safeguard its value. In this workshop we will explain the different types of IP (patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and trade secrets) and will highlight common misunderstandings. We will look the key points that businesses need to know about IP, including steps that can be taken to protect it and to ensure that its value is not lost.
