Overview: UXL has been using Business Model Design to support businesses to increase their resilience to external shocks and accelerate their growth. Michael Kearns of UXL will demonstrate at this free workshop how we use challenges that focus on one aspect of growing your business with clearly defined timescales to deliver results.
