Website Planning - Before You Get Technical

Need to speak to a real person about websites? We're in Haddington to do face-to-face training.

If you've never started a website before, this is a non-technical guide to website building and all the things you need to think about, even before you speak to the website designer. Suitable for prestart businesses or those without a website.

We'll cover:

• Domains, hosting, email, SSL certificates - what you need
• Content
• Style
• Pictures
• Planning
• Pros and cons of the different platforms such as Wordpress, Shopify, SquareSpace, Wix

And by the end of the session, you'll have your own plan to either take to the web designer or to use in our Wordpress Website for Beginners session.

We will be in person and there will be lots of time to ask questions and get personalised input into your plan.
