Coaching Session: Goal Setting Using a Business Wheel

This whole model business audit will look at the different elements of your business and how they work together in order to form your business.

We’ll review:

• Where you are now
• What might be holding you back
• Which parts of the business need your focus
• What your goals are

We’ll use a Business Wheel to review your progress, and this exercise can be repeated every quarter to track progress. These coaching sessions are designed to be small groups to discuss your individual businesses. Therefore priority will be given to businesses within Edinburgh and The Lothians.
