Founded by Kirsty Ritchie and Louise Scott in March 2019, Mind & Mission began life as Mental Health Response before re-branding. Combining the extensive corporate experience and psychotherapy qualifications of both Kirsty and Louise, Mind & Mission offers workplace solutions to enhance the mental health of business owners, managers and employees.

After launching the business last year, Kirsty and Louise approached Business Gateway for additional support. As well as advice on their business plan, Business Gateway devised an expert help project in branding and marketing, which resulted in the recent re-brand of the organisation to Mind & Mission.
