The workshop will look at:
- Help you to understand Business Planning
- Learn how to use a Business Plan to talk about your business
- An overview of the financials within your Business Plan (Cashflow projection)
- Help take the fear out of Business Planning
There will also be information on additional services from Business Gateway and details of other workshops which may be appropriate for you.
NB: This session is for businesses based in City of Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and West Lothian only. You will only receive materials from the workshop if you attend. Please don't book unless you are able to attend and make sure you cancel if you are unable to make it.
