IMPACT! is a hands‑on programme for ambitious business leaders who want to grow their business with purpose. Through expert‑led sessions and practical sessions, participants will uncover their core purpose, sharpen their values and vision, and learn how to turn these into a powerful driver for growth. The programme equips businesses with real‑world tools to embed sustainability, reduce environmental impact, market ethically and scale responsibly—without compromising profitability. By the end of IMPACT!, attendees will leave with a clear, peer‑reviewed action plan and the confidence to build a stronger, more resilient business that creates lasting value for customers, communities and the planet.
You will be:
- Have an established business based in City of Edinburgh which is looking to grow - you'll already have staff or be looking to grow to include staff
- Be able to make all dates in-person
- You will need to fill in some further details about your business to check suitability and confirm your place.
