This hands-on workshop will guide you through the key steps to starting a business, including:
- understanding any rules or regulations,
- checking if there’s a real market for your idea, and identifying your ideal customers. We’ll show you how to reach them using simple, practical marketing approaches, with templates you can use straight away.
- helping you work out how much you need to live, how much it will cost to start, and how much your business needs to earn to be sustainable.
- We’ll also cover funding options and what grants/lenders are looking for.
By the end of the day, you’ll have a clear plan, practical tools, and the confidence to move your business forward.
Please bring anything you need to work through your ideas (laptop, pen/paper etc)
