Got your freelance business up and running, got a good number of steady clients, and now looking how to get to the next level?
We'll be showing you ways of growing your freelance business... without taking loads of risks or burning out! We'll look at finances, marketing, business models, recruitment (subcontractor, interns and employees), time management, tech... It's an intensive programme which you'll study on your own as well as attending the sessions!
You'll be:
- An established freelancer based in Edinburgh/Lothians who is looking to grow
- Able to attend both sessions in-person in Edinburgh - Tues 10 Oct and 17 Oct - both 1pm-3pm
- And online sessions Tues 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 10 Nov - all 1pm-3pm
- Willing to commit at least 6 hours per week to working on your business every week (rather than in it!)
