A Guided Programme: AI LIVE in Action
AI LIVE in Action is a four‑week, hands‑on programme designed to help businesses move confidently from experimenting with AI to implementing real, commercially valuable AI systems. Through a structured mix of strategy sessions and guided live builds, participants work on their own business to design and implement AI‑enabled workflows, marketing systems, automation, and customer‑facing AI such as live chat and voice agents. The programme places strong emphasis on safe, responsible and practical AI adoption, covering governance, environmental impact, data security and decision‑making alongside delivery. By the end of the programme, participants leave with working AI solutions, a clear AI team and governance framework, and a realistic 30–90 day roadmap to embed AI into their operations and drive measurable efficiency, growth and innovation.
You will be:
- A trading business based in The City of Edinburgh
- Able to attend all the dates
- Prepared to fill in some paperwork before the session, and give feedback afterwards.
