This, four-day AI & Ecommerce Workshop helps ecommerce businesses understand how Google and modern AI tools interpret their brand, products and data—and what practical changes improve visibility and performance. Across the programme, participants learn the signals that influence discovery (including EEAT, brand profile and structured data), how product feeds power Shopping and AI-driven “agentic” shopping experiences, and how to build stronger content using AI tools without losing brand consistency.

The programme also addresses governance and risk, focusing on data accuracy, accountability, acceptable use and human oversight—alongside key considerations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act. By the end of Day 4, each business leaves with a set of ready-to-use templates and checklists (including feed health, technical SEO priorities, an AI tool inventory, and an AI governance framework) plus a tailored 90-day action plan, so advisers and clients can confidently apply improvements and stay in control as AI and search continue to change.
