Accessibility

This website has been designed in accordance with best design practice with the intention of making it as accessible as possible.

In particular, we have implemented a number of accessibility features which, along with the accessibility features built in to the browser or device that you are using, should help to make this website accessible to all user groups.

In addition to the accessibility measures that we have included in this website, most web browsers and devices will usually allow you to adjust the way in which webpages are displayed. Please see your help features in your browser or below for more information.

Whilst we have tried to ensure that our website is accessible to everyone, we appreciate accessibility problems may still arise from time to time. Should you be aware of any accessibility problems with this website, please let us know. You can contact us via our online form.

Or, if you prefer, you can contact us on: hello@bgateway.com or by telephone on
•    0300 013 4753 (calls charged at local rates); or
•    0141 242 8333

We will then assess what reasonable measures can be taken in both the short term and the long term to address the accessibility problem that you have encountered.

Text Size

If you find that the text is too small for you to read, you can change it to a size you’re more comfortable with:

If you use a wheel-mouse, you may be able to change the text size by holding down the Control or Command key and turning the wheel.

  • In Firefox and other Mozilla browsers, use the View > Zoom menu.
  • In Windows Internet Explorer, use the View > Text Size menu, or the Tools > Zoom menu option.
  • In Safari, use the View > Make Text Bigger option.
  • In Google Chrome, use the View > Zoom In option.
  • If you use a wheel-mouse, you may be able to change the text size by holding down the Control or Command key and turning the wheel. In some browsers you can change the text size using Control or Command and the + and - keys. In certain browsers, these functions may ‘zoom’ the entire site rather than just the text.
