How Business Gateway has helped

After working closely with Business Gateway, Transcend Escape Rooms has secured partnerships with major strategic players in the tourism market, including leisure giant Merlin Entertainments. This high-profile partnership with the second largest entertainment company in the world will see Transcend Escape Rooms launch a brand-new experience at The Edinburgh Dungeons in 2020, following a Burke & Hare escape room experience featuring at The Dungeons in December 2019.

Craig MacDonald, founder of Transcend Escape Rooms and Wee Heroes Laser Tag, commented: “Being a part of the Business Gateway Growth programme has allowed my team and I to access a wide range of business support and advice.”

“The strategy and marketing assistance along with DigitalBoost services have been very useful in promoting the business. It has allowed us to look at the bigger picture, and really plan ahead.”
