What to expect from this webinar

Whether you are going to be away from work for a while, or are beginning to find out what the next steps will mean for you, this workshop will explore the natural thoughts and feelings that come up during challenging times, and offer resilient ways of dealing with them.

In this workshop we will cover:

- The importance of acknowledging difficult emotions and negative thoughts

- How to balance these with ways of thinking that open up positive perspectives and choices

- The difference it makes when you focus on what you CAN control or influence

- Being aware of your inner thoughts and how you speak to yourself, and the importance of being kind to yourself

- A visualisation to help you to re-connect with a time when you overcame adversity, in a way that can help to build confidence and resilience for where you are now.
