Application to change a public entertainment licence under Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 41

You need a licence from Clackmannanshire Council for the use of premises as a place of public entertainment. The Council can very the terms of a licence on any grounds it thinks fit whether or not the application is made by a licensee. You can also make an application to the licensing authority to vary the terms and conditions of your licence.
The authority will charge a fee of £ 120.00 that you will pay online to process your application. The fee is the same whether you apply online or by post (businesslink.gov.uk or UK Welcomes do not charge an additional fee for online applications).

Documents: DOC, PDF, TXT, XLS
Images: JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PNG
Video: MPG, AVI, WMV
CAD files: PDF, TIF, PLT
ZIP files are not accepted
Size limits
For a single file: 5MB
Combined size for all files for one application: 25MB
