Application to change a indoor sports entertainment licence under Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 41A

If you use premises to show public sports entertainment, you must have a licence from Clackmannanshire Council. Licences are not required for premises where the showing of sport for entertainment is not the principal purpose of the use of the premises. The Council can vary the terms of a licence on any grounds it thinks fit whether or not the application is made by a licensee. You can also make an application to vary the terms and conditions of your licence.
The authority will charge a fee of £ 120.00 that you will pay online to process your application. The fee is the same whether you apply online or by post (businesslink.gov.uk or UK Welcomes do not charge an additional fee for online applications).

Images: JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PNG
Video: MPG, AVI, WMV
CAD files: PDF, TIF, PLT
ZIP files are not accepted
Size limits
For a single file: 5MB
Combined size for all files for one application: 25MB
