Supply a certificate of compliance under Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 41A

If you are operating from premises you must display a notice at or near the premises for 21 days from date of submission of your application. You must send the licensing authority a certificate confirming you have done this immediately after the 21 day period.
There is no fee for this application.

What files can be uploaded?
The following file types can be uploaded
Documents: DOC, PDF, TXT, XLS
Images: JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PNG
Video: MPG, AVI, WMV
CAD files: PDF, TIF, PLT
ZIP files are not accepted
Size limits
For a single file: 5MB
Combined size for all files for one application: 25MB
