Application for an indoor sports entertainment licence under Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Section 41A
This service lets you submit a form and its related documentation online.
If you use premises for public sports entertainment, you must have a licence from Clackmannanshire Council. Licences are not required for premises where the showing of sport for entertainment is not the principal purpose of the use of the premises unless it is a sports complex. Conditions may restrict use to particular public sports entertainment, limit the number of persons admitted and fix days and times when premises can open for public sports entertainment.
The authority will charge a fee of £ 120.00 that you will pay online to process your application. The fee is the same whether you apply online or by post (businesslink.gov.uk or UK Welcomes do not charge an additional fee for online applications).
