Application for consent to conduct an exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism under Hypnotism Act 1952
This service lets you submit a form and its related documentation online.
If you wish to show, demonstrate or perform a hypnotism act in public in Clackmannanshire you must have permission from Clackmannanshire Council or the premises must hold a public entertainment or theatre licence.
You must comply with any conditions attached to an authorisation.
The authority will charge a fee of £ 61.00 that you will pay online to process your application. The fee is the same whether you apply online or by post (businesslink.gov.uk or UK Welcomes do not charge an additional fee for online applications).
