Application to change a theatre licence under Theatres Act 1968
This service lets you submit a form and its related documentation online.
If you run a theatre to be used for the public performance of plays it must be licensed by Clackmannanshire Council. A licensee can apply to vary the terms, conditions or restrictions of the licence. The Council can make such variations as it thinks appropriate or refuse the application. No conditions about the nature of plays or manner of performance can be made.
Fees will be payable with the licence variation application.
The authority will charge a fee of £ 85.00 that you will pay online to process your application. The fee is the same whether you apply online or by post (businesslink.gov.uk or UK Welcomes do not charge an additional fee for online applications).
