Qualifying employee share ownership trust  (QUEST)

A trust, established by deed, which allows employers and shareholders to pass on shares in a company to employees and which can be deducted in the calculation of Corporation Tax.

Quota

Quantity of a particular type of goods that a country allows to be imported before levying duty or restrictions.
